ABOUT
ABOUT
As a Los Angeles native Gene Prizer has spent much of his life living the typical Southern California lifestyle - near the water. If he wasn’t on the beach he was usually sailing in the local waters and beyond.

Like many photographers, his inspiration came from the works of such legendary lensmen as Richard Avedon, Guy Bourdin, Hiro, Irving Penn, and Edward Weston. Eventually his photographic interests broadened and he developed his own style that now consists of landscape, lifestyle, portraiture, tabletop, and travel imagery.
Gene currently resides in Huntington Beach, California where he is active in sailing and raising his young son Jack.
